FUNCTIONALITY
Employees have the possibility to plan their workload in hours or days on a project task basis. In addition, employees can transfer the planning of the current week to the time recording to avoid double entry. The employees' planning data is then aggregated so that project and department managers can get an overview of the planning. They can change and adjust the data in order to quickly reallocate resources. The planning data is also made available in a predefined report so that attendance, absences, workload and free capacities can be viewed at the touch of a button.
