eINVOICE INTEGRATION

SAP Business ByDesign provided the basis that makes it possible to send XInvoices from the ERP system. However, some essential additional pieces of the puzzle are necessary to send valid XInvoices and it is exactly these missing pieces that "All for One Steeb - eInvoice Integration" provides.

Extension of the XInvoice
XInvoice must be extended with additional information such as IBAN, contact person and e-mail address of the invoicing party. This information is automatically transferred from the ERP system to the invoice by the app "All for One Steeb - eInvoice Integration". Further information such as the route ID (technical recipient address) can be simply stored in the customer master and is then automatically included in the invoice. A validation step integrated into the app checks whether all mandatory data for generating the XInvoice is available.

Translation of the XML structure into the XInvoice
The app transforms the XML file from SAP Business ByDesign into the desired XInvoice format. In the course of the transformation, information such as customer, products, invoice type, taxes, rebates, discounts, etc. are converted into the XInvoice format.
