Finally, the completed customer invoice requests can be uploaded at the touch of a button via standard web service and thus imported into SAP Business ByDesign. A validation of the invoices can also be carried out in Microsoft Excel, which reveals any errors in the customer invoice request even before the upload. Since the information has already been correctly entered and checked in Microsoft Excel through macro support, post-processing in SAP Business ByDesign is generally no longer necessary.
